Pitching and Catching Camp

During this session campers will be given instruction by Lewis and Clark Coaching staff and current players. Each pitcher will be given a large amount of information including:
*Basic fundamentals of pitching
*Grips of each pitch
*Spins for successful pitches
*Various Drills for improving speed and accuracy
*In-depth work on each pitch including fastball, drop, curve, rise and change
*Discussion of the Mental Aspect of Pitching & the importance of fielding your position.

Each Catcher will be working on various aspects of catching:
*Blocking
*Framing
*Picking off runners/ Throw downs.
Pitchers must provide their own catchers. Catchers will need to provide their own catchers gear.
