1st Session
Pitching and Catching Camp
9:30 am - Noon

Price: $35 a session or $50 for both

During this session campers will be given instruction by Lewis and Clark Coaching staff and current players. Each pitcher will be given a large amount of information including: *Basic fundamentals of pitching *Grips of each pitch *Spins for sucessful pitches *Various Drills for improving speed and acuaracy *In-depth work on each pitch including fastball, drop, curve, rise and change *Discussion of the Mental Aspect of Pitching & the imprortance of fielding your position Each Catcher will be working on various aspects of catching: *Blocking *Framing *Picking off runners/ Throw downs.

• Pitchers must provide their own catchers
  
• Catchers will need to provide their own catchers gear.

2nd Session
All Skills camp
1 pm - 3:30 pm
Check in: 12:30 pm
Price: $35 a session or $50 for both

Each Camper will be given elite instruction on all aspects of the game. Campers will be given individual attention on the basics of hitting and improving their everyday swings. Instruction on bunting and slapping will also be included. During this session the campers will be focused on breaking down postions work with various defensive drills and agilities. Last but not least the proper and most effective way to run bases. Our  goal is to teach each camper the important aspects of the game also to improve their skills so they can compete at the top level.

• Each Camper will need to provide their own helmet, glove and bat.
• If attending both camps, bring a lunch for the break.
  
• Bring Water.
